Air Travel Consultant

Business Class is a global travel product company based in the United States. We specialize in selling business and premium class air tickets and providing the best prices and service for your flights.
We are seeking experienced Air Travel Consultants to join our team and expect our Traveler Support professionals to deliver an exceptional customer experience. Your role will involve assisting and providing support to our clients as they prepare to embark on their journeys around the world.
We offer a competitive base salary and a monthly incentive bonus based on performance.
Requirements
- Proficiency in English
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work independently with meticulous attention to detail
- Travel experience is a plus but not required
Responsibilities
- Availability to work during the latter part of the day
- Arrange International flight reservations according to clients’ needs
- Advise clients on available products, travel dates, costs and accommodations
- Handle travel-related issues, complaints, or refund requests
- Respond to requests for international price quotations using automated systems for worldwide itineraries
- Foster and maintain business relationships through regular contact
- Achieve profit and sales targets
